Walter A. Dullo and his wife brought with them chocolate making machinery, from East Prussia in 1937 to set up a chocolate business in Double Bay, Sydney. With his Austrian friend Richard Goldner, he founded the Sydney Musica Viva Society. Musica Viva is now the world's largest presenter of classical music.

On his retirement, Mr Dullo was happy to hand over the reigns of his company to its present company director Mr Martin Nadas, a swiss- trained confiseur and pattissier from the famous Coba Ecole School in Basel, Switzerland.

Almost immediately after taking over management of Dullo Chocolates, Martin Nadas was able to secure for the company its position as supplier to Qantas Airlines of both cakes and chocolates. Dullo Chocolates has supplied Qantas for over 20 years, an extremely enviable record showing the ability to deliver top quality products and service to one of Australia's largest airlines.

Among the long list of clients Dullo has built over the years, it is proud to include David Jones Stores, Regent Hotel, Ritz Carlton Hotel, Airport Fine Foods, Sheraton on the Park, Sydney Tower Restaurant and Caterair Airlines. We also supply selected supermarkets (Coles), major caterers and many chocolate retailers. Exports to Japan, Korea and New Zealand have played an integral role in the company's production since 1990.
